Delivery
Our fulfilment partners make sure your orders get to you as soon as possible. After placing your
order, you will receive an email confirmation as we begin to process it, followed by status
updates.
We try to process your order on the same day for orders received before 5PM.
Delivery times for orders made before 5PM
Greater Cairo Area: 1-2 business days
Rest of Egypt: 2-4 business days
Returns
In line with our consumer laws, you have 14 days to return your purchase.
Items will only be accepted for returns if they are unopened and in the same condition they have
been delivered.
